I've gotta say, this one was pretty tricky since I eat most vegies. I had to conduct a search to find out which delectable vegetable I have neglected all this time, and lo and behold, the elegant Kohlrabi presented itself - (and a little flattered I think)! It looks a bit like a turnip - has anyone cooked/eaten this delightful creature?
